Sudoku – Mind Puzzles ("the App") is developed by Ameed Sayeh. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Data We Collect

Analytics: We use Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., games played, features used). No personally identifiable information is collected.
iCloud Sync: Your game progress is stored in your private iCloud account via CloudKit. We cannot access this data.
No Account Required: The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Anonymous analytics data is processed by Mixpanel under their privacy policy.

Data Storage

Game data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud (Apple's CloudKit). We have no access to your private iCloud data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.
